Pearl Street Vacation Home
Charming Leland home base!
Tucked behind quaint and charming Main Street and screened by hundred-year-old cedars, Pearl Street Cottage is the perfect home base in the fishing village of Leland. Built in 1880, the home has historic ties to the Mercantile and has been in only two families in its 140 year history.
The cottage is a perfect jumping-off point for a range of outdoor activities (walk to Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau beaches, drive to scenic hiking, farms, and wineries) all while just around the corner from shops and eateries — suitable for explorers of varying ages and interests (our youngest explorers especially appreciative the playground at the top of the hill). Our ideal day starts with a coffee from Madcap and ends with a walk to watch the sunset from Fishtown or North Beach.
