DESCRIPTION:Leelanau UnCaged is a place for the community to gather and enjoy inspiring music and dance performances in one day on the streets of Northport. \n\n7 stages & 34 acts\nKids’ UnCaged art activities\n65+ Artisan\, Food & Nonprofit Vendors\nWater Blessing\nRestaurants and Shops\nMarina availability\nBATA Shuttle Service from Traverse City​\n\n​UnCaged takes place after Labor Day when the vibe changes to a more relaxed pace\, with weather that can be like summer or fall\, but gorgeous\, nonetheless. Festival goers enjoy being outdoors strolling from venue to venue through an array of art vendors filling the streets. Food options are plentiful throughout the day. \nThe festival kicks off with a beautiful water blessing at 11:00 am over the bay\, a time to honor and give thanks for these precious waters\, followed by a procession to the festival center where music and dance performances begin. \nLeelanau UnCaged is free to festival goers thanks to the generous donations from businesses and patrons. \nSee Event Website for more information.
